Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) continues to enhance its capabilities in supporting international exhibitions and events with the launch of its Bonded Warehouse service for international exhibitions and events.
As the first city-center venue in Bangkok to offer such a facility, this milestone marks a significant step in strengthening logistics infrastructure and event support services, enabling smoother temporary import procedures while enhancing Thailand’s event ecosystem and competitiveness as a global destination for exhibitions and events.
A Bonded Warehouse is a customs-controlled facility that allows temporary imported goods to be stored and used for international exhibitions and events. Event organizers and exhibitors can utilize the service without having to provide import duty guarantees or prepare ATA Carnet documentation for temporary imports. This helps reduce paperwork and customs procedures, improves operational efficiency, and provides greater convenience for organizers and exhibitors from around the world participating in events at QSNCC.
To manage the facility, QSNCC has appointed APT Showfreight (Thailand) Ltd., part of the APT Showfreight & Logistics Group, a leading logistics specialist for the international exhibition and event industry. With nearly 20 years of experience supporting events in Thailand and overseas, the company operates offices across China (Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Xiamen and Shenzhen), Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. As the Bonded Warehouse Manager, APT will provide comprehensive services covering import and export handling, customs clearance, and delivery of goods directly to exhibition areas.
As the first large-scale convention and exhibition venue in Bangkok’s city center to offer a Bonded Warehouse, QSNCC enables organizers and exhibitors to manage imports, transportation, and event operations more efficiently while enjoying seamless access to hotels, public transportation, and business facilities in one of Bangkok’s prime commercial districts. This integrated solution helps reduce operational complexity and enhance the efficiency of international events.

Surapol Utintu, CEO of QSNCC.
Surapol Utintu, Chief Executive Officer of Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, said, “The Bonded Warehouse is more than just a new service for organizers and exhibitors. It is an important piece of Thailand’s international exhibition and event ecosystem. Today, organizers are looking not only at venue quality but also at the strength of the supporting infrastructure that enables smooth and efficient event operations.”
“We believe this development will further strengthen Thailand’s ability to host international exhibitions and events while enhancing confidence among organizers and exhibitors worldwide who choose Thailand as their event destination.”

Suthichai Techanarungroj, Regional Director of APT.
Suthichai Techanarungroj, Regional Director of APT Showfreight & Logistics Group, said, “We are honored to be entrusted as the Bonded Warehouse Manager for QSNCC. Through our extensive experience in exhibition and event logistics, we have seen that organizers increasingly value both venue quality and reliable logistics support.”
“The Bonded Warehouse is a key component in improving logistics efficiency for international exhibitions and events. Several major events are already planning to utilize the service, including Asia Sustainable Energy Week 2026 and Thai Water 2026 (July 1–3, 2026), CPHI Southeast Asia 2026 (July 8–10, 2026), Food & Hospitality Thailand 2026 (August 19–22, 2026), Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair (September 8–12, 2026), and Jewellery & Gem ASEAN Bangkok 2027 (May 17–20, 2027). This reflects the growing demand for support systems that help streamline operations and improve flexibility for event organizers.”
The launch of the Bonded Warehouse represents another important milestone for
QSNCC in expanding its services for global event organizers. It further
reinforces the venue’s role in building a complete ecosystem for international
exhibitions and events by seamlessly connecting venue facilities,
logistics services, and supporting infrastructure. Through these efforts,
QSNCC continues to strengthen Thailand’s position as a leading destination for
the global MICE industry.
